West Trenton – The NJOEM Recovery Bureau in coordination with FEMA has extended the Request for Public Assistance (RPA) submission deadline for the Straight Line Winds Storm Event on June 23, 2015 (DR-4231) until Friday, September 4th 2015.
If you believe you have more than $3,040.00 in storm-related damages, debris removed, hours worked, or vehicles/equipment used, etc., please click on the following link Fillable Request for Public Assistance (RPA) Form to obtain the correct form. Once completed, be sure to have it signed and returned via email to: lpppau@gw.njsp.org by the Close of Business Friday, September 4, 2015.
