Christie Administration Subpoenas 65 Businesses in Investigations Into Post-Hurricane Price Gouging

Trenton, NJ – Governor Chris Christie, Attorney General Jeffrey S. Chiesa, and the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs today announced that the Division has issued subpoenas to 65 businesses across the State, intensifying its investigation into more than 500 consumer complaints about alleged price gouging.
