Palisades Medical Center Evacuation

Palisades Medical Center in North Bergen, N.J. has begun to evacuate patients to Englewood Hospital as a precautionary measure.  We expect the transfer to be completed by Saturday at noon. The emergency department will be available for walk in patients through the early afternoon or until further notice. We were informed that approximately 70-100 patients will be moved.

People with non life threatening medical conditions should contact their primary care provider as necessary.  If the matter is life threatening and is a true medical emergency, please call 911.
